Hello! Welcome to my author's web site! The purpose of this web site is to allow you to get to know me a little better. I recently published the book "Understanding Cultural Diversity in Today's Complex World." This book is an excellent resource for anyone who is dealing with the issues of diversity at work, at home, in your place of worship, and in life. And really, who isn't dealing with those issues these days? You can't function in a multicultural society without having some understanding about these important issues.  My book can be used by individuals, groups, as a textbook for students, and for organizational training.

     As an instructor and diversity trainer, it is important to me that my materials are suiting the purpose for which they were intended. If you have suggestions for improvement, or find any mistakes (I know there are some, I already found some myself), please let me know by e-mailing me at drparvis@gmail.com.
